Are you dealing with lack of energy? Feeling tired? Weight gain? Slow, sluggish or just simply done!
Well, it could be a thyroid issue. Many adults suffer from whats called hypothyroid. It means that the little gland located in your throat may not be functioning properly. I'm sure that we are all aware of our weight. If you are anything like me, you may weigh yourself often. I have a bad habbit of doing this a couple of times a day. Still, I find it hard to keep weight off or to lose weght at all. I have been researching a few diet and exercise tips lately and trying a variety of appropriate vitamins.
